Jeff brings over 20 years of leadership experience in New Brunswick’s public service, with a career spanning finance, economic development, tourism, provincial parks, emergency management, and health. He concluded his government service as Executive Director of the New Brunswick Health Emergency Operations Centre, where he oversaw provincial response coordination during the Covid-19 pandemic. 

Currently, Jeff serves as Executive Director of Jobs Unlimited, a nonprofit social enterprise dedicated to creating opportunities and supporting individuals with intellectual challenges. He is also pursuing a Master's degree in Organizational Management and Leadership and is a certified change management practitioner.  

Throughout his career, Jeff has been recognized for his ability to lead complex systems, build collaborative partnership networks, and drive innovative solutions that strengthen both organizations and communities.
